Remediation protocol and project management for both asbestos and mold in a series of offices in a hangar located at Ellington Field in Houston, Texas.
Included:
- Project Management / Owner Representative
- Confirmation testing for asbestos
- Provide protocols for both asbestos and mold remediation
- Managing the bid process for the remediation contractor
- Oversee the remediation efforts to insure adherence to regulations and protocols
- Provide air monitoring throughout remediation process
- Post remediation testing for mold
- Provide closeout documentation, including a Certificate of Completion
