He has served as a technical advisor to insurance agencies in claims evaluation and has appeared as a guest speaker at numerous seminars. Kambiz Moayedi

Kambiz has been extensively involved in the environmental field investigations and remediation since 1991, with a strong technical background. He is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services for ERC, including training, scheduling, project management, and business development. Kambiz cracks the whip while training and managing ERC’s onsite staff, keeping our environmental projects in line with ERC’s stringent quality requirements.

Kevin has over 20 years’ professional construction and environmental experience, ranging from field operation to project design. He provides exceptional service for the client in need of construction or environmental project management. Kevin is our Dallas juggler, managing a variety of projects, never letting a ball drop.

Bryan Dominguez

Bryan has 25 years of estimating experience in commercial, new home builds and high-end renovation. He started his career as a project manager and CAD draftsman. Over the years, he went on to become founder and principle of his own construction company, further expanding his knowledge in the construction industry. Bryan has also been a chief estimator and trades manager for other high-end renovation firms. In his role as an estimator in our construction group, Bryan continues to share his construction knowledge and expertise helping ERC in staying one of the top premier construction and environmental companies in Texas.

Kammy Moayedi

Recently gaining an Asbestos Consultant license, Mr. Moayedi brings years of asbestos and lead related project experience to ERC. His diverse and professional experience includes on-site project management for numerous asbestos and lead abatement projects in public buildings and industrial settings. Mr. Moayedi has acquired extensive experience in mold related assessments, as well as project oversight of remediation activities.

Job Description:

We have an immediate opening for an Experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our Estimating team. The ideal candidate will prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $3 million. This position requires a strong understanding of construction methods, cost data analysis, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates
  • Select and apply appropriate estimation metrics and methodologies
  • Conduct site visits to collect relevant data for bid preparation
  • Consult with project managers, engineers, and subject-matter experts to ensure estimate accuracy
  • Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and supporting documentation to clients or contracting agencies
  • Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids for cost, scope, and compliance
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key vendors, subcontractors, and design professionals
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator (minimum 5 years required)
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software — RSMeans experience strongly preferred but not required.
  • Solid understanding of construction materials, processes, and project delivery methods
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or equivalent certification is a plus
