Expectations is a strong belief that something will happen or be the case in the future. We all have expectations whether it’s personal or work related. We want to establish daily expectations that are in line with our goals for a clear path. Our goals give us a challenge to help bring out our best. Having good expectations should also help us reach those — in the right way. Here are a few things you can expect in March.

As we embark on 2022, the world continues to weather the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. For the construction industry, the pandemic has spurred certain unique and daunting challenges that are, by now, unfortunately, familiar to industry players.
Women in Construction Week (March 6 – March 12, 2022)
The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) originated as Women in Construction of Fort Worth, Texas. Sixteen women working in the construction industry founded it in 1953. Knowing that women represented only a small fraction of the construction industry, the founders organized NAWIC to create a support network for women working in a male-dominated field.
