MARCH is the Month of Expectation

Expectations is a strong belief that something will happen or be the case in the future. We all have expectations whether it’s personal or work related. We want to establish daily expectations that are in line with our goals for a clear path. Our goals give us a challenge to help bring out our best. Having good expectations should also help us reach those — in the right way. Here are a few things you can expect in March.

Women in Construction Week (March 6 – March 12, 2022)

The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) originated as Women in Construction of Fort Worth, Texas. Sixteen women working in the construction industry founded it in 1953. Knowing that women represented only a small fraction of the construction industry, the founders organized NAWIC to create a support network for women working in a male-dominated field.
