Repair and paint select exterior windowpanes and all breezeway ceilings in the 11-building complex located in Southeast Houston.

- Project Management
- Repair wooden windowpanes
- Repair cement skimmed breezeway ceilings
- Prep and paint repairs
- Work with management to notify residents of scheduled work
