Small environmental and construction services firm looking for experienced, licensed environmental technician to assist DFW Area Manager with duties (asbestos, lead, and mold). Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Desire Licensed: Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Air Monitoring Technician/Asbestos Project Manager, Lead Assessor Technician, and/or Mold Assessor Technician. Will cover costs to get the right people licensed.
  • Inspectors/Assessor Technicians involve field work to sample elements and properly document their activities while onsite; includes taking photos, completing checklists, and drawing floor plans to identify sample locations.
  • Asbestos Air Monitoring and Project Managers involve field work to monitor asbestos abatement activities by others.
  • Cross-training/licensing is probable between these positions.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be detail oriented, as paperwork is essential to these positions.
